wagamama chef experience

wagamama has recently launched a free iphone app, which lets you find the nearest branch, check the menu and place your takeaway order - which is transmitted directly to the kitchen - pay and choose a pick-up time

until march 31, 2010, anyone using the app is in with a chance of winning a home-cooked three-course meal from the restaurant's executive chefs, ron lento and steve mangleshot for you and up to six friends, if you forward your takeaway confirmation email to enter@wagamama.com

if you don't have an iphone, you don't have to miss out though - you can still enter the 'cooking up a storm' competition by ordering via wagamamatakeout.com and forwarding your confirmation email with your name, address and phone number to the same email address

terms and conditions:

• the draw is open to uk residents aged 18 years or over only
•the competition is open to all, excluding households of employees of wagamama ltd, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion
•closing date midnight on 31.03.10
•winners will be picked at random by an independent person w/c 05.04.10
•winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date
•winners names will be published on the wagamama uk website
•prize consists of a three-course meal prepared at the winner’s home (or an alternative pre-agreed address) by a wagamama chef, for a maximum of seven guests, including the winner
•the three-course meal will be selected from a pre-determined menu as provided by the promoter before the event. menu selections must be confirmed and agreed with the promoter at least two weeks prior to the visit taking place
•drinks will not be provided
•winner must provide all crockery and glassware
•no cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
•the winner must be 18 years of age or older. a parental consent form will need to be completed for any guests aged under 18 years
•the promoter will not be liable for any accidental damages or breakages that occur during the visit
•winners must notify the promoter of any dietary requirements or allergies that they or any of their guests possess, at least seven days prior to the visit. the promoter will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or other effects associated by the failure to comply with this term.
•only one entry per person
•entrants must include their name, address and phone number in their entry email, to validate their entry
•the promoter’s decision shall be final with regards to the selection of winners. neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into
•the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. the decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding
•the promoter will not accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. by participating in the promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner will result in the forfeit of the prize
