- the draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only
- the competition is open to all, excluding households of employees of wagamama ltd, entertainment films their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion
- closing date midnight 24 january 2010
- winners will be picked at random by an independent person on 1 february 2010
- entries must be made between 1-24 january 2010
- winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date
- star prize consists of a 3-night break to new york for 2 people. the prize includes 2 return economy flights from a london airport to a new york airport, 3 nights stay at the night hotel in new york room only and two tickets to a gig at madison square garden
- madison square garden gig tickets are subject to availability
- you and your chosen guest will be responsible for transport to and from the london airport and all other personal expenses
- you both must have a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and an ESTA visa
- travel is available up to the end of december 2010 (subject to availability) but excludes christmas, new year and bank holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended
- no cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- at least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. if you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- all costs not stated are the responsibility of the winner
- only 1 entry per person and no photocopies/multiple entries will be accepted
- the judge's decision shall be final. neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into
- terms and conditions of the carriers apply
- the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding
- the promoter will not accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. by participating in the promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner will result in the forfeit of the prize
